We only share your CV and profile with employer clients after you have opted in to a specific opportunity. We never sell your personal data. We may share data with vetted service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under confidentiality agreements.
5. Data retention
We retain candidate data for up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion. Employer records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for accounting purposes.
