These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Summit Career & Growth website and recruitment services. By using our services you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Summit Career & Growth provides recruitment, sourcing and consultancy services. Specific service scope, pricing and deliverables are set out in individual engagement agreements.
2. Fees & payment
Placement fees, retainers and service pricing are described on our Recruitment Services page and confirmed in engagement letters. Invoices are due within 14 days of the candidate's start date unless otherwise agreed.
3. Replacement guarantee
Permanent placements include a 30-day replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves within this period for reasons attributable to the fit of the role, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee.
4. Candidate representations
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of information provided. Summit conducts reasonable screening but cannot guarantee the completeness of third-party references or credentials.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information exchanged during an engagement, including candidate profiles, salary information and hiring plans.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including copy, imagery and process documentation — is the property of Summit Career & Growth and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Summit's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid under that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable local law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action.
